THE FULL STORY

Raman Upmanyu says he paid ₹7,814 on 27 January 2026 for a six-month nanny service after describing his requirements. According to his LinkedIn post, no nanny was assigned for eight days. A nanny was then assigned but left on 16 February because of illness. Upmanyu says he was still waiting for a replacement 20 days later, on 7 March, despite follow-ups.

He says the company later told him it could not meet his criteria. He reports first being told a refund would be processed, then being told he was not eligible, and asks for a full refund.
